These Terms & Conditions govern your access to and use of the ZC99 platform. Please read them carefully and in full before registering an account or placing any wager. By using ZC99 you confirm that you have read, understood and accepted these Terms.
These Terms and Conditions (hereinafter referred to as "Terms", "Agreement" or "T&Cs") constitute a legally binding agreement between you (the "User", "Player" or "Account Holder") and ZC99 (hereinafter referred to as "ZC99", "the Platform", "we", "us" or "our") governing your access to and use of the ZC99 website located at https://zc99.cam and all associated services, products, features and content made available through the platform.
ZC99 is an online casino and sports betting platform operated under applicable international licensing frameworks. The platform is designed for adult users and offers services including sports betting, live casino games, slot titles, crash games and related promotional features.
By accessing the ZC99 website, creating an account, making a deposit or placing any wager, you confirm that you have read these Terms in their entirety, that you understand them, and that you agree to be bound by them. You must be at least 18 years of age to register an Account and use the ZC99 platform, or the higher minimum age required under the laws of the operator's license jurisdiction if that minimum is greater than 18. ZC99 operates an adults-only policy without exception. Providing false information regarding your age constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate Account closure, forfeiture of all funds and referral to relevant authorities.
You are solely responsible for determining whether accessing and using the ZC99 platform is lawful in your jurisdiction. By registering an Account, you represent and warrant that online gaming is not prohibited under the laws applicable to you. ZC99 does not accept registrations from persons located in jurisdictions where online gambling is explicitly prohibited by applicable law.
Each User is permitted to hold only one Account on the ZC99 platform. Maintaining multiple accounts — whether in your own name or through a third party — is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate suspension of all associated Accounts and forfeiture of all balances therein.
Employees, contractors, directors and immediate family members of ZC99 and its associated operating entities are not eligible to register as Users or participate in real-money play on the platform.
Pakistani Users: Pakistan's Prevention of Gambling Act, 1977 and subsequent provincial and federal regulations may restrict or prohibit online gambling. ZC99 does not provide legal advice. Before registering or depositing, you must satisfy yourself that your participation is lawful in your location. Registering from Karachi, Lahore, Islamabad, Rawalpindi, Faisalabad, Multan, Peshawar or any other location within Pakistan does not constitute ZC99's endorsement of the legality of your participation.
To create an Account on ZC99 you must provide accurate, current and complete information as requested during the registration process. Required information typically includes your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address and contact number. You must not use fictitious names, the identity of another person or misleading information at any stage of registration.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login details with any third party. ZC99 will not be liable for any loss arising from unauthorised access to your Account resulting from your failure to maintain credential security. You must notify ZC99 support immediately upon becoming aware of any suspected unauthorised access.
ZC99 operates mandatory KYC procedures. You may be required to provide identity verification documentation at registration, prior to your first withdrawal, or at any time at ZC99's discretion. Acceptable documents typically include a valid national identity document (such as a Pakistani CNIC), passport and recent proof of address (such as a utility bill or bank statement dated within the last three months). Failure to complete KYC verification to ZC99's satisfaction may result in restrictions on Account activity, including the suspension of withdrawal processing.
You are obligated to ensure that all information held on your Account remains accurate and up to date. If any of your registered details change, you must update your Account promptly via the account settings panel or by contacting support.
ZC99 grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the platform for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only, subject to these Terms. This licence does not convey any right to copy, reproduce, distribute, reverse engineer or commercially exploit any part of the platform or its content.
You agree to use the ZC99 platform solely for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You must not use the platform in any manner that could damage, overburden, disrupt or impair the platform's infrastructure or interfere with the experience of other users.
Access to the platform requires a compatible internet-connected device and a supported web browser or application environment. ZC99 is not responsible for network connectivity issues, device incompatibilities or data costs incurred by users in accessing the platform. Users in Pakistan should be aware that network performance may vary across different cities and service providers.
Available deposit methods are displayed within the ZC99 Cashier at the time of transaction. The platform may reference payment solutions familiar to Pakistani users — such as Easypaisa, JazzCash, Raast, and bank transfers via institutions including HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank and Bank Alfalah — as contextual examples. The mention of these services does not imply that they endorse, support or permit gambling-related transactions. Users must independently verify that their chosen payment provider permits transactions to gaming platforms under its applicable terms of service.
Minimum deposit thresholds are set by the Platform and displayed in the Cashier. These thresholds may vary by payment method and are subject to change without prior notice. PKR-denominated minimum amounts will be displayed where applicable.
You represent and warrant that any funds deposited into your ZC99 Account are legitimately owned by you and are not derived from any unlawful activity. ZC99 operates Anti-Money Laundering (AML) procedures and may request documentation to verify the source of funds at its discretion.
ZC99 is not responsible for failed or delayed deposits caused by third-party payment processors, banking institutions or network issues. In the event of a failed transaction where funds have been debited from your account but not credited to your ZC99 Balance, you must contact support with relevant transaction evidence within 14 days.
Withdrawals are available to Users who have completed applicable KYC verification, whose Accounts are in good standing and who meet any applicable wagering requirements associated with bonus funds. ZC99 reserves the right to refuse or delay withdrawal processing pending satisfactory completion of identity and source-of-funds verification.
Withdrawal processing times vary by method and are displayed in the Cashier. Published processing time estimates are targets, not guarantees. ZC99 bears no responsibility for delays caused by third-party financial institutions or payment processors.
Minimum and maximum withdrawal limits apply and are displayed in the Cashier. VIP tier members may be eligible for enhanced withdrawal limits as detailed in the applicable VIP program terms.
ZC99 generally requires that withdrawal funds be returned to the same source used for the original deposit, subject to availability. Where this is not possible, alternative withdrawal methods may be offered at ZC99's discretion subject to additional verification.
All bonuses and promotional offers made available through ZC99 are subject to specific terms and conditions published alongside each offer. These include but are not limited to minimum deposit requirements, wagering requirements, game contribution percentages, maximum bet restrictions during wagering and time limits for completing wagering requirements.
Bonus funds and any winnings generated from bonus play are subject to wagering requirements before they may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier is specified for each promotion. For example, a PKR 5,000 bonus with a 30x wagering requirement requires PKR 150,000 of qualifying turnover before the bonus converts to withdrawable funds.
ZC99 reserves the right to void bonus funds and associated winnings where there is evidence of bonus abuse, including but not limited to: exploitation of promotional terms through low-risk hedged wagering strategies, use of multiple accounts to claim the same offer, or any other conduct designed to circumvent the spirit of a promotion.
Any bonus figures, cashback percentages or reward amounts published in educational or informational sections of the ZC99 website are illustrative examples only unless explicitly confirmed as live offers in the active promotions section. Always refer to the current promotions page for verified, operative terms.
All game and betting results generated through the ZC99 platform are final once confirmed by the platform's system. ZC99 uses certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology for casino games, and all sports outcomes are determined by real-world events as recorded by official data sources. ZC99 does not accept post-settlement disputes on the basis of alleged RNG errors unless a verifiable technical fault is established.
Minimum and maximum stake limits apply to all sports betting markets and casino games. These limits are displayed within each game or market and may vary by game type, account tier and applied promotions.
ZC99 reserves the right to void bets placed at odds that resulted from a manifest error, technical fault or obvious pricing mistake. Bets may also be voided in the event of a sports fixture being abandoned, postponed or otherwise failing to meet the minimum completion criteria specified in the applicable sports rules. In all such cases, voided stakes are returned to the player's Account Balance.
ZC99 provides betting markets on Pakistan cricket including Test matches, One Day Internationals, T20 Internationals, PSL (Pakistan Super League) fixtures and ICC tournament events. All outcomes are settled based on official match results as published by the relevant governing body. ZC99 is committed to promoting responsible gambling among all registered Users. The platform provides a suite of player-controlled tools accessible from within the Account dashboard, including deposit limits, loss limits, session duration limits, reality check notifications, cool-off periods and permanent self-exclusion. During an active self-exclusion period, the Account will be locked and all marketing communications suspended. Self-exclusion requests will be processed within the timeframe specified in the Platform's responsible gambling procedures.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the ZC99 platform and constitutes grounds for immediate Account suspension and potential legal action:
ZC99 reserves the right to suspend, restrict or permanently close any Account at its reasonable discretion, including where there is a reasonable suspicion of breach of these Terms, suspected fraudulent activity, AML concerns, technical security risks, or regulatory requirements. In cases where an Account is closed due to a breach attributable to the User, ZC99 reserves the right to withhold any remaining Balance pending investigation.
Users may request the closure of their Account at any time by contacting ZC99 customer support. Prior to closure, any pending wagering requirements associated with active bonus funds must be resolved. Funds remaining in the Balance after resolution of all pending matters will be returned to the User via the applicable withdrawal method, subject to successful KYC verification.
An Account that has had no login activity for a continuous period of 12 months may be designated as dormant. ZC99 reserves the right to apply dormant Account administration fees as detailed in the applicable fee schedule, which will be deducted from the Account Balance while funds remain available. Users will be notified prior to dormancy classification where practicable.
All content, design elements, software, graphics, trademarks, brand identifiers and other intellectual property displayed on or forming part of the ZC99 platform are the property of ZC99 or its licensed content providers. You are not granted any licence or right in respect of ZC99's intellectual property other than the limited platform access licence described in Section 5.1 of these Terms.
Unauthorised reproduction, distribution, modification or commercial exploitation of any ZC99 intellectual property is strictly prohibited and may give rise to civil and criminal liability.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, ZC99 shall not be liable for: (a) any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the platform; (b) any loss of data, revenue, profits or business opportunities; (c) any loss arising from third-party payment processing failures, network interruptions or device incompatibilities; (d) any errors in odds, game results or payout calculations resulting from verified technical faults, subject to ZC99's standard dispute resolution procedures.
ZC99's total aggregate liability to any User in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that User in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
No Guarantee of Winnings: ZC99 makes no representation, warranty or guarantee regarding the outcome of any game or bet. All gaming and betting activities involve financial risk. Players may lose some or all of the funds they deposit. Past game performance is not indicative of future results.
ZC99 reserves the right to amend, update or replace these Terms at any time. Where material changes are made, ZC99 will endeavour to provide reasonable notice to registered Users via email or an on-platform notification. The most current version of these Terms will always be published at https://zc99.cam/terms-conditions with a clearly displayed effective date.
Your continued use of the ZC99 platform following any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept any amendment, you must cease using the platform and may request Account closure in accordance with Section 12.2.
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which ZC99 holds its operating license. Any dispute arising from or relating to these Terms or your use of the platform shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of that licensing jurisdiction, unless mandatory consumer protection laws applicable in your territory provide otherwise.
ZC99 operates a formal complaints procedure. If you have a dispute, you must first contact ZC99 customer support to attempt informal resolution. If the matter is not resolved to your satisfaction through the internal complaints process, further escalation mechanisms may be available depending on the applicable license jurisdiction.
